Customization Guidelines: Only capital letters, small "a", "c", "e", "i", apostrophes, hyphens, and periods will be accepted in the name field; maximum number of characters (spaces included) in the name field is 12. Only numbers will be accepted in the number field; number may be single or double-digit. Words in name field deemed inappropriate, derogatory, or profane will not be accepted.
